Yesterday’s weigh in got me back on track….I lost 1 1/2lb which means so far I have a total of 8 1/2lb.
I am so chuffed with myself for getting me back on track. My friend is getting married in 3 weeks time and if I loose 1 1/2 lb each week, I would have lost a stone. Fingers crossed I can reach my target.
I have been looking for new recipes to try as I get fed up of eating the same thing every week.
On Monday I tried Campfire Stew. I love this recipe and it was so easy to do. Instead of using gammon, i actually used cubed beef and it was delicious.
Lets see if I can do it again this week
