So Close

Last week I was aiming for 3lb loss to get my club 10 award – loosing 10% of your body weight since I started slimming world.

Did I do it??

I lost 2 1/2 lb!! What is it with me missing my goals by 1/2lb everytime.

On the positive side, I WILL get it next week! Woo hoo!

Today I did what I have never done before, I made Scouse! 

What is Scouse I hear u say…….it’s the Liverpool version of beef or lamb stew but with the potato’s already in it.


Result: for a first attempt it wasn’t bad πŸ™‚ So proud of myself. I find that if I make something I have never done before, I tend to do better so fingers crossed it works this week aswell :/
